What services do you offer?

We offer elevated catering experiences including charcuterie carts, mini pancake carts, dessert catering, and styled sweet displays, all designed to enhance your event.

 

What types of events do you cater?

We cater all occasions including birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, and private celebrations.

Yes, we offer both gluten-free and vegan options upon request.

 

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely! Every event is fully customizable to match your vision, theme, and preferences.

 

Do I have to book catering to rent the cart?

No, you may choose a fully curated catering experience or opt for a standalone cart rental.

 

Can I provide my own food or desserts?

Yes, clients have the option to provide their own items when booking a cart rental.

 

Do you offer staff for events?

Yes, professional on-site service is available to assist with setup, serving, and maintaining the experience throughout your event.

 

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes, and breakdown takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Setup and breakdown time are included in your package pricing.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event date, along with a signed contract.

 

Cancellation and refund policy?

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Deposit forfeited, additional payments refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refunds.

  • Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability if requested at least 3 weeks before the event.

 

Is there a travel fee?

A travel fee applies to all events within Nassau and Suffolk county.

How do I book?

To get started, submit an inquiry form with your event details. We will follow up with a custom quote.

 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Popular dates, weekends, and corporate events may require earlier booking and are subject to availability.

 

How do I secure my date?

A deposit and signed contract is required to officially reserve your event date.

 

What happens after I inquire?

Once your inquiry is received, we will review your details and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps and pricing.
